With reference to Sir F.J.D. Lugard's despatch
No.223, dated the 5th August, 1909, and Lord Crewe' s despatch
No.203 of 15th September, 1909, I have the honour to inform
Your Lordship that I have granted to the Chinese Public
Dispensaries Committee a further extension of 600 square feet
on the following terms: -
Ausd (@2)
(a) The lessee to surrender the existing Crown
Lease of Inland Lot No.1835 when required
by the Land Officer.
(b) The lessee to be granted a new Crown Lease
for Inland Lot No.1835 to include the
extension (shown coloured red on plan) and
containing about 600 square feet.
(c) The existing Crown Kent of Inland Lot No.1835
to remain unaltered.
(d) The lessee will be exempted from any cost
in connection with surrender of old lease
and issue of new lease.
(e) The lessee to pay, on demand, the sum of
$6.25 for each new boundary stone required
to define the lot, also the cost of refixing
